Where: YOU MUST register your child at the school that your child is zoned to attend during the 2021-2022 school year.

When: April 15, 2021, between the hours of 1:00 p.m. — 5:00 p.m.

A child must reach the age of 5 years by

August 15, 2021, to enroll in Kindergarten for the 2021-2022 school year.

Child's Certified Birth Certificate

Child's Social Security Card

Child's Immunization Record &

Current Physician's Physical Report

(both are on the TN Dept. of Health Certificate of Immunization form)
